NLA Awards 2025
Yemí Aladerun served as a judge at the NLA Awards 2025, supported by the Mayor of London and aligned with the New London Agenda.
The awards celebrate the people, places and projects shaping a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous London. Judged by an international panel of leading figures in architecture, planning and design, winners were recognised at a prestigious ceremony held at the Guildhall.
Yemí also presented the Mixed-Use Award, which was won by 415 Wick Lane, a mixed-use development delivered by Taylor Wimpey London. The scheme provides 175 homes alongside light industrial, retail and workspace, reflecting the distinctive character of Hackney Wick and demonstrating how housing, employment and community uses can be successfully integrated.
